Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options & Rates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping — Estimated delivery in 2-3 business days after processing
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (before taxes, after discounts are applied).
Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@sugarbeeswesternboutique.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
